Die Antwoord is a hip-hop group from Cape Town, South Africa. In support of the campaign around viral video/single “Enter The Ninja”, and the album “$O$”, I was approached by Polydor Records to create a rich media online campaign.
The respective banners would need to work in synergy with the greater campaign, using artwork created for the video, microsite, and the album. Using the artwork for the single and album, as well as the video as start points, the banners were designed to ensure consistency across the campaign and to create a buzz.
It was important that all communications were vibrant and engaging, staying faithful to the band’s energy and ethos.
